Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Tejwani Enterprises, LLC ("TEJENT", "we", "us"), a California limited liability company, handles information when you visit tejent.co (the "Site"). We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organization (optional), and message you enter.
- Email. If you email us directly, we receive your address and whatever you send.
- Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate information such as page views, referrers, browser type, and country.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising trackers, we do not collect sensitive personal information, and the Site does not set cookies. We do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity across other websites.

How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and, where relevant, discuss working together.
- To understand how the Site is used so we can improve it.
- To keep the Site secure and reliable.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it for marketing lists unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service. The Site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics are provided by Plausible. Each acts as a service provider on our behalf and processes data only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship, and in any case no longer than three years after our last contact unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period. Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to you.
Your choices and rights
Anyone may ask for a copy of the information we hold about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tejent.co and we will respond within 45 days. We may ask you to confirm the email address the request concerns so we know it is you.
California residents
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may give you the following rights, which we honor for everyone:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and the categories of sources and recipients.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
- Non-discrimination. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
To exercise these rights, email hello@tejent.co. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof that you gave them permission. We do not collect sensitive personal information and we do not use personal information for profiling or automated decision-making.
Under California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code §1798.83), you may ask for a list of third parties to whom we disclosed personal information for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information for that purpose.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track visitors across websites and do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. We treat every visitor as if those signals were on.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. We use reputable providers and limit access to inquiry emails to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from elsewhere, your information will be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from your own.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the Site before it takes effect. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
